Troubleshooting Schlotzsky's Menu Boards with Xenial

Reboot Xenial console or contact IT Department

  • Power Cycle:

    • Locate the Xenial console inside the server cage.
    • Power off device, wait 30 seconds, and power them back on.
    • Check if the menu boards display correctly.
  • Network Connectivity:

    • Ensure the Xenial console is connected to the network.
    • Check for any loose or disconnected cables.
