Music Not Working
Check all music devices (amplifier and mood media)

Check the Mood Media Device:
- Ensure the device is powered on and connected to the network.
- Verify the device is online and functioning correctly.
- Check for any error messages on the device.
- If the device is offline or showing errors, contact IT Department to involve Mood Media support.

Inspect the Amplifier:
- Ensure the amplifier is powered on.
- Check the volume level on the amplifier.
- Verify the amplifier is properly connected to the Mood Media device.
- If the amplifier is not powering on or appears faulty, contact the IT Department.

Examine the Speakers:
- Visually inspect the speakers for any damage.
- Ensure the speakers are properly connected to the amplifier.
- If the speakers are damaged or not connected, contact the IT Department.

Check the Music Source:
- Verify the correct music source is selected on the Mood Media device.
- If the issue persists, contact IT Department.

- If the issue remains unresolved after following the above steps, contact the IT Department for further assistance.
Escalation:
- If the issue cannot be resolved by following the troubleshooting steps, escalate the ticket to the IT Department.
