Music Not Working

Check all music devices (amplifier and mood media)

  1. Check the Mood Media Device:

    • Ensure the device is powered on and connected to the network.
    • Verify the device is online and functioning correctly.
    • Check for any error messages on the device.
    • If the device is offline or showing errors, contact IT Department to involve Mood Media support.
  2. Inspect the Amplifier:

    • Ensure the amplifier is powered on.
    • Check the volume level on the amplifier.
    • Verify the amplifier is properly connected to the Mood Media device.
    • If the amplifier is not powering on or appears faulty, contact the IT Department.
  3. Examine the Speakers:

    • Visually inspect the speakers for any damage.
    • Ensure the speakers are properly connected to the amplifier.
    • If the speakers are damaged or not connected, contact the IT Department.
  4. Check the Music Source:

    • Verify the correct music source is selected on the Mood Media device.
    • If the issue persists, contact IT Department.
  5. Additional Troubleshooting:

    • If the issue remains unresolved after following the above steps, contact the IT Department for further assistance.

Escalation:

  • If the issue cannot be resolved by following the troubleshooting steps, escalate the ticket to the IT Department.
