# Internet Down

## Find your Internet Service Provider Modem inside your server cage and power cycle

**Step 1: Reboot the ISP Circuit**

1. **Locate the Modem/Circuit:** Identify the modem provided by your ISP (ATT or Spectrum). This device connects your network to the internet.
2. **Power Cycle:** 
     - Unplug the power cable from the modem.
     - Wait 30-60 seconds to allow the device to fully power down.
     - Plug the power cable back in.
3. **Observe Lights:** Check the modem lights for indications of power and connectivity.
4. **Wait for Connection:** Allow several minutes for the modem to re-establish a connection with your ISP.
