Find your Internet Service Provider Modem inside your server cage and power cycle

Step 1: Reboot the ISP Circuit

  1. Locate the Modem/Circuit: Identify the modem provided by your ISP (ATT or Spectrum). This device connects your network to the internet.
  2. Power Cycle:
    • Unplug the power cable from the modem.
    • Wait 30-60 seconds to allow the device to fully power down.
    • Plug the power cable back in.
  3. Observe Lights: Check the modem lights for indications of power and connectivity.
  4. Wait for Connection: Allow several minutes for the modem to re-establish a connection with your ISP.
